In the third and final season of Hulu’s Shrill, based on the book of the same name by Lindy West, Annie (Aidy Bryant) feels like she’s finally found her groove—she’s dumped her dud of a boyfriend Ryan and she’s gaining traction as a writer at a Seattle indie newspaper. But it still doesn’t seem like she knows exactly what she wants, how to figure that out or how to get it.

Besides Saturday Night Live star Bryant, Shrill also features Lolly Adefope, Ian Owens, John Cameron Mitchell, E.R. Fightmaster and Patti Harrison. Also look for Fred Armisen who appears in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo in the above official trailer.

The series is executive produced by Ali Rushfield, who also serves as showrunner, as well as Bryant, West, Rob Klein, Elizabeth Banks, Max Handelman, Lorne Michaels and Andrew Singer. It’s produced by Warner Bros. Television, Broadway Video, and Brownstone Productions. Warner Bros. Television serves as the international distributor.

Shrill returns to Hulu on May 7.
