In Amazon Prime Video’s limited series, Good Omens, the end of the world is nigh. Like seriously nigh.

Based on the best-selling novel by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, Good Omens tells the story of prissy angel Aziraphale (Michael Sheen), former guardian of Eden’s Eastern Gate and current used-book seller and gourmand, and fast-living demon Crowley (David Tennant), who got his start as the snake who tempted Eve in that very same garden.

Together, the angel and the demon have formed an alliance over the past 6,000 years, secretly working to maintain a balance of good and evil on Earth, while also maintaining their own personal work-life balances.

But now, the antichrist has arrived, in the form of an 11-year-old boy, Adam Young (Sam Taylor Buck), with a hellhound named Dog as a pet. The only problem is that Adam has been mislaid and it’s up to Aziraphale and Crowley to find him before everything comes to a screeching halt.

The above main titles take on a decidedly Monty Python tone, illustrating Aziraphale and Crowley’s march through time as they attempt to save Earth from the final war between Heaven and Hell.

All six episodes of Good Omens dropped on Amazon on Friday, May 31.
