AMC will run through 50 years of mob rule in its new docu-drama that combines VFX, archival footage and a miniseries feel.

Narrated by Ray Liotta, The Making of the Mob: New York features mafia leaders Lucky Luciano, Meyer Lansky and Bugsy Siegel explaining how the mob gained so much power from the days of bootlegging to today.

AMC will also air Mob Mondays to coincide with the series, preceding each episode on Monday evenings with a mafia movie or documentary.

The Making of the Mob: New York debuts on AMC Monday, June 15.
