Season two of Amazon Prime’s Golden Globe-winning and Emmy-nominated The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is currently in production and no premiere date has been set, but Amazon on Thursday released a trailer to whet viewers’ appetites for “the return of the Mad Divorcée from the Upper West Side.”

The trailer just offers glimpses of what is to come, but we know that Miriam “Midge” Maisel (Rachel Brosnahan) heads to the Catskills for a vacation with her parents Abe (Tony Shaloub) and Rose (Marin Hinkle) and that her ex-husband Joel (Michael Zegen) and his family are still somewhat in the picture. Also, Zachary Levi joins the cast as a handsome doctor and possibly a love interest for Midge.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is created and executive produced by Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino. It won two Golden Globes in January for best comedy and best lead actress in a comedy. It is nominated for 14 Emmys, including outstanding comedy series as well as noms for Sherman-Palladino for writing and directing and acting nods for Brosnahan, Shalhoub, Alex Borstein, who play Midge’s brash manager, Susie, and Jane Lynch, who guested as stand-up comic Sophie Lennon.

Continuing with the standard it set in season one when it played such songs as Barbra Streisand’s “Come to the Supermarket (in Old Peking),” the series continues to be scored with memorable music from the period. The trailer is set to Judy Garland’s “Get Happy” from 1950.
