A trailer for Woody Allen’s first-ever TV series, Crisis in Six Scenes, debuted about two weeks before the show launches on Amazon.
The six-episode, 30-minute comedy is set in the 1960s and follows a suburban family whose conservative beliefs are challenged by a young hippie (Miley Cyrus.)
“I don’t dislike you … just everything that you stand for,” Cyrus tells Allen in the promo.
The series is created written and directed by Allen, who also stars along with Cyrus, Elaine May,Rachel Brosnahan and John Magaro. Erika Aronson serves as executive producer, with Helen Robin as producer.
Crisis in Six Scenes premieres Friday, September 30 on Amazon Prime Video.
