Los Angeles-based Alibi Music Library has released a new album of music called “Sorcery” to help networks promote fantasy-themed movies and TV shows, the company said Tuesday.

Under its recently launched ATX catalog, the new album features 10 full tracks along with numerous stems and alternative mixes. The collection was composed by longtime Alibi partner René Osmanczyk of DosComp.

“I wanted great melodies that take you on a musical journey through each track, plus the classical trailer build that every cue has,” Osmanczyk said in a statement. “I started composing this album in June, a process that took a bit longer since it was written for full orchestra.”

“What René ultimately delivered was quite breathtaking and will provide trailer editors with some pretty amazing options,” said Sam Wale, Alibi vice president, creative production, also in a statement. “I would describe ‘Sorcery’ as majestic and magical, epic and emotional, haunting and heartwarming.”

Osmanczyk’s work was inspired by such feature films as Avatar and the Harry Potter franchise.

Alibi’s music and sound design has been used to help promote such projects as Quentin Tarantino’s latest film Once Upon A Time in Hollywood and FX’s hit anthology series American Horror Story, among many other things.
