Tim Hare has been promoted to vice president, business development at Los Angeles-based music production company Alibi Music. Hare will work alongside Kent Carter, who also is a VP, business development at Alibi.
“Tim has truly risen to the occasion, seizing the opportunity to evolve his role at Alibi over the years and, in turn, helping us expand our client base,” said Jonathan Parks, Alibi Music founder and executive producer, in a statement. “He’s a connector at heart with a great understanding of the industry, our clients’ needs and how best to fulfill those needs.”

A professional composer who has worked extensively with music and musicians, Hare joined Alibi as a director in early 2017. Due to the pandemic, he has been able to compose music for Alibi in his free time, alongside writing partner Jesse Billson.
Prior to joining Alibi, Hare held posts at Extreme Music, Sonic Librarian and Artist Arena. He also spent a year as a tour assistant for the band Foreigner. He graduated magna cum laude from the Berklee College of Music in Boston.
