Miami-based creative agency 2C Creative promoted Nikki Coloma-Blaszyk to general manager, senior director of operations, effectively immediately.

The role expands on Coloma-Blaszyk’s expertise, in which she’ll work toward evolving 2C’s business and its bottom line. Coloma-Blaszyk will also continue to supervise all phases of production, overseeing client communication and the creation of support production teams for each project.

“Nikki has been a tremendous asset to 2C, playing a big part in our success and workflow very early on,” said 2C Founder and Chief Creative Officer Chris Sloan in a statement. “Her promotion was the obvious best move for us as we continue to grow and evolve.”

Coloma-Blaszyk joined 2C Creative in 2009 after serving as a production coordinator for Worldwide Productions, where she produced commercials for Nike, Coca-Cola and Gatorade, among others. She had also been an associate producer on A&E’s The First 48 and CMT’s Danger Coast, which was a 2C original series.

“2C is – and will always be – a big part of who I am,” Coloma-Blaszyk said in a statement. “Our biggest asset is the team that we’ve been able to create, and I couldn’t be more proud to help lead them into the exciting next chapter of 2C.”

Coloma-Blaszyk graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s of business administration degree in economics and finance.
