To promote the studio’s upcoming Lego Batman Movie, opening in theaters nationwide on Friday, Feb. 10, Warner Bros. partnered with the off-network run of top sitcom The Big Bang Theory. The studio turned its favorite gang of Lego- and Batman-appreciating nerds into Legos in a custom open that’s running all week in the show’s syndicated run.
Other Warner Bros.-produced shows, such as The Flash and Supergirl, Lego-ized their end cards.
Warner Bros. also created two Lego-powered promos — featuring the voice talents of The Big Bang Theory’s cast and Batman himself, Will Arnett — to run inside the show.
Warner Bros. also converted its iconic studio billboards into Lego versions for the week, with one of them including The Big Bang Theory. Series star Mayim Bialik (brilliant biologist and Sheldon’s girlfriend Amy Farrah Fowler) was on hand for the unveiling.

Lego Batman stars Will Arnett in the title role, reprising his role in worldwide hit The Lego Movie. The animated film also stars Zach Galifianakis, Michael Cera, Rosario Dawson and Ralph Fiennes. It’s directed by Chris McKay and produced by Dan Lin, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Roy Lee, with executive producers Jill Wilfert, Matthew Ashton, Will Allegra and Brad Lewis. The screenplay is by Seth Grahame-Smith and Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers and Jared Stern & John Whittington. The film’s story is by Grahame-Smith.
