Miller was actually SVP of Cartoon Network Enterprises in 2005 before moving on to Turner’s sports brands and specifically to NBA Digital as GM in 2011.
Miller fills the position left by Stuart Snyder, former COO of the Animation, Young Adults & Kids Media division, this March. For the next few weeks, she will continue to oversee NBA Digital properties, which are owned by the basketball league but operated by Turner.

Brief Take: Turner has seen many change-ups in the executive space in the past 6 months, with Lenny Daniels promoted to president of Turner Sports, John Martin taking over as chairman/CEO and David Levy as president. Placing Miller in charge of Cartoon Network may point to a shift in Turner’s priorities in the coming months.
