Syfy is taking a trip to the past with Friday marathons it’s calling “Syfy Rewind.”

Starting Friday, May 13, Syfy will air marathons of such series as Quantum Leap, Battlestar Galactica and Xena: Warrior Princess from the beginning. The binge starts at 6 a.m. and runs until 6 p.m.

Syfy’s older sibling, NBC, just ordered a reboot of classic series Quantum Leap, which debuted in 1989, starred Scott Bakula, and ran for five seasons. The new version will star Raymond Lee.

Battlestar Galactica was a reimagining of the 1970s series that aired on the Sci-Fi Channel and premiered in December 2003. It went on to run for four seasons, starring Katee Sackhoff, Tricia Helfer, Grace Park, Mary McDonnell and Edward James Olmos. The show ended in 2009.

Xena: Warrior Princess starred Lucy Lawless and Renee O’Connor as Xena and her Gabrielle. The show, which was shot on location in New Zealand, aired in national broadcast syndication from 1995 to 2001.
