The 1986-set coming-of-age comedy Red Oaks heads back to the country club for a hazy summer as David Meyers (Craig Roberts) finds himself at a crossroads as he tries to make a fresh start and figure out his future.

An aspiring filmmaker and undergraduate who spends his summers working as a tennis instructor at the Red Oaks Country Club, season two finds David adjusting to his parents’ (Jennifer Grey and Richard Kind) divorce, forced to drop out of NYU, and navigating his girlfriend Skye’s (Alexandra Socha) newfound independence after a year abroad in Paris, while dealing with her stubborn father and country club president Doug Getty (Paul Reiser).

Red Oaks is created by Gregory Jacobs and Joe Gangemi, who also serve as writers and executive producers, along with executive producers Steven Soderbergh, David Gordon Green. Writers also include Karey Dornetto, Shawn Harwell, Tom Papa, Max Werner, Daisy Gardner, with David Gordon Green, Hal Hartley, Amy Heckerling, Gregg Araki serving as directors.

Season two of Red Oaks premieres Friday, November 11 on Amazon Prime Video.
