Telemundo and The Weather Channel, both under the umbrella of NBCUniversal, have formed a partnership to bring customizable apps to Hispanic consumers. The initiative also includes a video series with both news and weather updates, which will be available to on both Telemundo and The Weather Channel web and mobile properties. This bilingual app gives both companies a great opportunity to reach larger audiences, with Telemundo slowly growing to keep up with the big broadcast networks.
