“Let’s call the police … We will all go to jail… You guys, I’m scared I might tweet my confession.”

Paranoia and fear are the drivers of season two of the dark comedy Search Party, as the group of friends struggle to act like “good non-murderers” while suspecting everyone knows what they did. TBS released a trailer and teaser for the series.

The series follows Dory (Alia Shawkat), Portia (Meredith Hagner), Elliott (John Early) and Drew (John Reynolds), who wind up with a dead body on their hands after successfully tracking down missing classmate Chantal (Clare McNulty) in season one.

As the friends’ paranoia grows, their relationships fray, and it becomes increasingly difficult to trust that no one will discover the group’s secret, TBS says. These privileged, self-absorbed 20-somethings are in danger.

Search Party is executive produced by Sarah-Violet Bliss, Charles Rogers, Michael Showalter, Lilly Burns and Tony Hernandez, and produced by Turner’s Studio T in association with Jax Media.

Season two returns November 19.

TBS also released Hitchcock-inspired artwork to promote the premiere.
