NYC TV & Video Week offers five different events featuring cutting-edge panels, top-level keynote speakers and the star-studded Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame from Oct. 17-20.
Virtual Reality 20/20 will kick off the event October 17 at the TimesCenter. Virtual reality is almost ready for primetime with a suite of consumer products coming to the shelves. This conference will investigate how this potential game-changing technology will affect the television industry and examine its impact on programming, distribution and marketing.
The star-studded Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame follows the next evening at the Waldorf Astoria. The event will honor pioneers, innovators and stars of the electronic arts from companies such as Turner Network Television, The CW Television Network and United Talent Agency.
On Wednesday, October 19, we offer Advanced Advertising and the Next TV Summit, taking place at the Grand Hyatt.
Advanced Advertising returns to NYC Television & Video Week with an in-depth look at the latest digital advertising technologies and how to use them to succeed. Panels will cover such off-the-moment topics as audience measurement and big data, as well as addressable TV and programmatic advertising. Panelists and attendees include advertisers, programmers, analysts, research and measurement companies, and tech providers.
This year’s list of speakers includes Denise Colella, SVP of Advanced Advertising Products & Strategy at NBC Universal, and Strategic Partner Lead at Google, Peter Dolchin, as well as representatives from leading companies, including A+E Networks, Hulu, TiVo, IBM, and ABC.
