Following up on the ratings success of Killing Kennedy, National Geographic has adapted and begun marketing Bill O’Reilly’s book Killing Jesus for a Palm Sunday, March 29 premiere.
Killing Jesus is a three-hour TV event adapted from the book written by O’Reilly and Martin Dugard, published in 2013. The book was the third of four books in his series of similar stories, also including Killing Lincoln, Killing Kennedy and most recently Killing Patton.
The TV adaptation will premiere globally in more than 170 countries. It will be the third collaboration with O’Reilly and Nat Geo, who also aired Killing Lincoln in February 2013 and Killing Kennedy in November 2013, both delivering record ratings for the network.
