After ridding herself of her tormenter, Kilgrave (Dr. Who‘s David Tennant) New York City private investigator Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) is beginning to put her life back together in season two of Netflix’s Jessica Jones. But he’s still tormenting her from the confines of her own mind, reports Entertainment Weekly.
The show returns to Netflix on March 8, and joining Ritter is a guest cast that includes Rachael Taylor, Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville as well as new cast members Janet McTeer and J.R. Ramirez.
Jessica Jones last appeared on Netflix as part of Marvel’s Defenders, which also included Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones.)
Marvel’s Jessica Jones is executive produced by showrunner Melissa Rosenberg (Twilight, Dexter), Raelle Tucker (True Blood), Jim Chory (Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Luke Cage, Marvel’s Iron Fist) and Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Luke Cage, Marvel’s Iron Fist) who also serves as Marvel’s head of television.
