Brian Solis, principal analyst and author at Altimeter Group, kicked off Station Summit week on Tuesday, addressing change in the local broadcast market. “Our concept of content and viewership is being built upon a foundation of legacy,” he said. “That’s cool, that helped us compete over the years, but that’s not innovation, it’s iteration.”

TV Land Unveils Rebrand for Gen X Audience:
Formerly known as the network for Golden Girls reruns, TV Land has unveiled a rebrand to reflect its new original programming that brings an audience of more Gen Xers looking for a younger look and feel.
