New York City-based creative agency Anatomy partnered with CBS’ The Movie Channel to produce this special :60 brand image spot.

The spot conveys the brand’s positioning “Movies for Movie Lovers” in a fun, playful way with a series of graphic phrases tied to different forms of love. The spot features big stars like Julia Roberts, Kristen Wiig, Al Pachino, Clive Owen and James Franco playing unconventional roles. A sharp cut and bold graphics tie together moments from nearly 20 films.

“We made this spot for true movie fans who are deeply passionate about movies. We decided early on not to use voice-over and let the films speak for themselves. Many hours were spent scanning movies for unique opportunities to illustrate expressions of love. We’re big movie fans, and it was definitely a labor of love,” said Anatomy creative director and frequent PromaxBDA Hot Spots collaborator Mark Valentine.
