
Ten world-renowned female photographers will showcase their photography in a one-of-a-kind exhibition and silent auction at during the BPG Gallery at the 2018 PromaxBDA Conference, taking place June 11-14 at the New York Hilton Midtown.
Signed prints and rare works are all up for bid at the annual summit where where leading media companies and agencies gather for industry-leading insights, strategy, creativity and professional development.
The silent auction opens Tuesday, June 12 at 10 a.m. and ends Thursday, June 14 at 7 p.m.
All proceeds will go to the Promo Pathway Scholarship Program to fund the first-accredited preditor training program in the nation. Built on the tenets of diversity and inclusion, Promo Pathway is now in its sixth year of providing career opportunities to talented, diverse youth within the entertainment industry.

Jill Greenberg
Since the age of 10, Greenberg has staged photographs and created characters using the mediums of drawing, painting, sculpture, film and photography. Her uniquely human animal portraits marked a return to the 80’s feminist theory. Her works have been exhibited around the world, and in 2001 she developed a lighting setup for her personal work that has become a well-known technique.

Pamela Littky
In between shoots of world-famous actors and musicians for top commercial and editorial clients, photographer and filmmaker Littky pursues personal projects that show a decidedly less glamorous but completely compelling side of American culture. Littky has released three monographs, all to critical acclaim, In her latest book, American Fair (Kehrer Verlag 2018), Littky traveled over 7500 miles to county fairs across the United States to capture elements of a culture that recall some of the most nostalgic ideals of America.

Mary Ellen Matthews
Matthews started her career working in film production and music publicity. In the early 1990s, she transitioned into entertainment photography when she joined the staff of Saturday Night Live. For the past decade and a half, Mary Ellen has been a top entertainment portrait photographer, creating colorful, iconic images of every well-known personality of the age. Her work documents the uber-famous in myriad fields, from pop stars (Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars) to politicians (Al Gore, George Bush, John McCain), sports legends (Tom Brady, Derek Jeter) to rock gods (Mick Jagger, U2, Jack White, Neil Young).

Elisabeth Caren
Caren is an editorial, advertising and fine art photographer based in Los Angeles and Paris. She incorporates her lifelong passion for the dramatic arts into her visual art practice, making cinematic narratives and theatrical portraits in addition to her advertising commissions. She has been commissioned to create award-winning portraits of many of the world’s most renowned celebrities and has worked with clients such as American Airlines, Emmy, InStyle, Lionsgate Entertainment, MTV, People, The New York Times, and The Wrap.



Janell Shirtcliff
Shirtcliff is a photographer and director known for her distinctive aesthetic, from surreal portraits to colorful landscape shots. Her successful career as a visual creative began on the other side of the lens, with formative years in the industry spent as a model. Janet is currently living in Los Angeles raising her two children as a single mom – with a singular vision.


Kharen Hill
Hill is renowned for her entertainment, advertising and music photography and directing, and her skills in lighting and location selection makes her work unique, memorable and compelling. Her advertising series documenting spinal chord injury in teens, which took her to emergency and rehab areas documenting these injuries for a North American campaign for prevention was awarded nationally in the US. She is widely published in magazines and books around the world.


Molly Cranna
Cranna is an LA/NY based photographer specializing in expressive portraits and dynamic still life. Her work is bright, fun, modern, all while maintaining a sense of sophistication. Cranna loves working strategically with colors, lines and interesting faces and objects. Her current clients include Target, Beats by Dre,Puma, CVS, Belkin, Michael Kors and Netflix.



Lindsey Byrnes
Byrnes is a LA-based photographer who freelancers in time travel, world exploration and directional marketing. Byrnes’ specialty is her unique ability to blend in while simultaneously standing out. Along with documenting life of those around her she is an established commercial photographer who has shot several ad campaigns for the likes of Hard Rock Cafe, Wildfang and Good Dye Young as well as photographing for Rolling Stone, Marie Claire, The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard and many others.


Leann Mueller
LeAnn Mueller is an Austin and LA-based photographer who began her career at Brooks Institute of Photography. Some of her clients include Amazon, Rolling Stone, and Duracell. She shoots with a naturalist approach, her images are never forced. If you’re ever in Austin check out her famous BBQ joint, la Barbecue.


Emily Shur
Shur’s original style connects her diverse portfolio, mixing vibrant color and personality with strong conceptual storytelling. Whether shooting portraits of well-known celebrities and athletes, fashion spreads for top designers or personal projects, Emily’s work celebrates unique characters and a singular point of view. Her client list—including HBO, Amazon, Netflix, Sprite, Chrysler, Dodge, Alaska Airlines, KFC, Samsung, Booking.com, Nike, Adidas, Universal Pictures, NBC, CBS, Hulu, FOX, Toyota, Sprint, American Express, and MTV—matches her diversity.
