“It’s not the Minnesota I grew up in,” Emmit Stussy (Ewan McGregor) says at the beginning of an extended trailer for season three of Fargo.

The two-minute spot, “Trapped” explores the story revolving around McGregor’s two characters, Emmit the “Parking Lot King of Minnesota,” and his brother Ray Stussy, a struggling parole officer with a chip on his shoulder.

New to this season are Carrie Coon (Gone Girl, The Leftovers), as police department chief Gloria Burgle, Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Scott Pilgrim vs. The World) as Ray’s girlfriend Nikki Swango, and David Thewlis (Harry Potter) as a mysterious loner whose bosses plan to partner with Emmit.

Season three premieres April 19 on FX.
