Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne unite to save their world in Amazon Prime Video’s new fantasy series, Carnival Row.

Set in a Victorian-era world, Carnival Row is home to mystical creatures who have fled from their war-torn countries. The immigrant population struggles to coexist with humans, however, they must come together to stop something “inhuman” that’s approaching and threatening their safety.

Bloom stars as Rycroft Philostrate, the human detective who rekindles a dangerous affair with Delevingne’s refugee faerie, Vignette Stonemos. The streamer released the first-look teaser video (above) and key art (below) on Monday, which features the two central characters.

The series is based on Travis Beacham’s A Killing on Carnival Row, which appeared on the first edition of the Hollywood Black List in 2005. It’s executive produced by Beacham, Marc Guggenheim (Arrow), Rene Echevarria (Teen Wolf, Castle) and Jon Amiel (Copycat).

Carnival Row drops Aug. 30 on Amazon Prime Video.
