DISH Network has extended its Boston-accented AutoHop branding with a full site teaching everyone how to Talk Boston.

And while trying to teach us non-Bostonians their vocabulary, DISH Network has also reached out to its Boston users by recruiting two Boston athletes to help with the curriculum.

First, Paul Pierce, now with the Nets but who has a large following because of his years with the Celtics, provides some Boston accents in context. For example, “clicka: If you’re not watching my game, change the channel with the clicka.”

Next, Vince Wilfork of the New England Patriots, teaches his 101 course: “suckah: Anyone who can’t watch live TV anywaya is a suckah.”

TalkBoston.com also features games testing your Boston know-how and a translation service for when that Boston accent gets you just a tad bit lost (all intertwined with DISH ads and links to find out more about its new iPad2 promotion).
