Daniel Radcliffe – who has played a low-level angel, an entitled prince in the Dark Ages and a reverend on the Oregon Trail thus far – returns to TBS’ comedy anthology series Miracle Workers as a Mad Max-ish wasteland warrior who’s facing the most dystopian nightmare of all: settling down in the suburbs. Together, he and his warlord wife (Geraldine Viswanathan) struggle through the existential horrors of married life and small-town living under the dubious guidance of a wealthy local junk trader (Steve Buscemi).
The series also stars Jon Bass as the couple’s faithful war-dog and Karan Soni as a kill-bot who loves to party.
Here’s a sneak peek of season four:
Miracle Workers was created by Simon Rich. Lorne Michaels executive produces, along with Dan Mirk and Robert Padnick, who are also showrunners. Other executive producers are Andrew Singer and Katy Jenson of Michaels’ Broadway Video, along with Rich, Radcliffe and Buscemi.
Miracle Workers returns to TBS on Monday, January 16.
