Creative agency Mistress, which was PromaxBDA’s agency of the year in 2016, is expanding, having hired 13 new employees to help handle the growth.

Beyond other new business, the Santa Monica, Calif.-based agency just was named the agency of record for shopper-rewards app Ibotta.

The 13 new employees include creatives Hanna Koh, Austin Ho, Jordan Rich, Adam Valley, Nate Stroot and Madeline Gould; junior creatives Elvis Sierra, Leslie Lechner and Kristi Hughes; senior project managers Drew Jayhan and Tara Allen; creative resources coordinator Kiley DeNembo and social brand manager Bruno Guerra.

“Through the re-bundling of our offerings we now can not just deliver best-in-class creative and integrated media, rigorous strategic planning and analytics - all spanning both traditional and social media - but we deliver a real focus on results,” said Damien Eley, creative partner at Mistress, in a statement. “Finding the perfect people for this accelerating evolution has been tough, but this influx of awesome talent will help Mistress continue meeting our clients’ unmet needs.”
