CNN flipped around its fruit in the latest video for the network’s “Facts First” campaign combating the complexity of fake news.

“Some people might try to tell you that this is an apple,” a narrator says, as a peeled banana sits against a white background. “It might even start as a joke. But when they say it over, and over, and over again, and people start to believe it, it’s only a matter of time until someone gets hurt.

The spot by creative agency Figliulo & Partners follows CNN’s initial video in October that explained an apple is not a banana, no matter how often or loudly people may try to claim that it’s so.

While that addressed general concerns around labeling reports as fake news as the network faced such accusations from the White House, the new banana ad is a response to death threats against CNN employees from a Michigan man who was arrested this week, Adweek reports.

“I want to assure you that at every level of this company, nothing is more important than your safety,” CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker told employees on Tuesday.
