Taking over for late-night legend David Letterman was tough enough—now Stephen Colbert has to follow the Super Bowl.

CBS has scheduled Colbert’s Late Show in its post-Super Bowl slot on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, marking the first time a late-night show has won that timeslot.

The Late Show will broadcast immediately following the Super Bowl telecast,

The Late Late Show with James Corden will also air a special Super Bowl edition of the show after the night’s local news. It is CBS’ way of showing additional support and pride in its two relatively new late-night hosts in the well-known franchises.

“It’s been a very big year in late night at CBS,” said CBS Entertainment President Glenn Geller. “We’re extremely proud of our two new late night franchises, and we’re thrilled to give Stephen and James this big Super Bowl Sunday showcase.”

Colbert debuted as the new Late Show host on Sept. 8, just a few months after Corden took over The Late Late Show from Craig Ferguson in March. Both have been able to keep relatively steady ratings and create shareable videos, a must-have in the late-night space.
