Just how far will you go for the person you love to live?
That’s the question raised by Amazon Prime’s Breathe—the company’s second original Hindu series following 2017’s Inside Edge.
The eight-episode psychological drama stars follows Bollywood’s Amit Sadh (Kai po che!) as Kabir Sawant, a detective with the Mumbai Crime Branch, who connects a series of seemingly unrelated deaths that leads to unlikely suspect Danny Mascarenhas (R. Madhavan)—who faces the choice between morality, and the slim possibility of saving his dying son’s life.
The cast also includes Atharva Vishwakarma, Nina Kulkarni, and Sapna Pabbi. It is produced by Vikram Malhotra for Abuntania Entertainment, and directed by Mayank Sharma (Chashme Baddoor, Ramaa: The Savior).
Breathe premieres January 26 on Amazon Prime Video as a trilingual series with English subtitles. It will also launch in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
