Alvey is back in the cage in AT&T Audience Network’s mixed martial arts drama’s third and final season of Kingdom.

“I wanna fight again; I gotta feel something,” says Alvey (Frank Grillo) in the trailer. “I gotta feel my full range of emotions. I gotta be who I was.”

The series stars Grillo as a former MMA mixed martial arts fighter trying to keep his gym in business. It also features Kiele Sanchez, Matt Lauria, Jonathan Tucker, Nick Jonas, Joanna Going and Natalie Martinez, along with Kirk Acevedo, who has signed on for a recurring role in the third season.

The final 10-episode chapter finds the characters splitting apart and dealing with the MMA becoming mainstream. It also focuses on Alvey’s decision to return to the cage after coaching fighters in the first and second seasons.

Kingdom will wrap up with 10 episodes.

The series is produced by Endemol Shine Studios, which released a joint statement with AT&T Audience Network in April about the end of the show:

“We expect season three to be a great one and appreciate the hard work and dedication from creator and showrunner Byron Balasco, as well as the entire cast and crew. We could not be more proud to have worked with all of them on such an amazing series.”

Kingdom premieres Wednesday, May 31 at 8 p.m. on AT&T’s Audience Network, AT&T U-verse, and streaming service DirecTV Now.
