A love affair quickly spirals out of control in HBO’s comedy Sally4Ever.
The series explores love, sex and obsession as Sally (Catherine Shepherd, Paddington) is about to marry David (Alex Macqueen, Peaking Blinders), her nebbish boyfriend of 10 years, when she encounters the charismatic Emma (Julia Davis). The two fall into a romantic relationship, but what starts out as an exciting and sexy fling takes an unexpected turn when Emma reveals herself to be a nightmare, says HBO.
The show was created by writer, executive producer and director Davis—creator of British series Camping —who serves as executive producer, writer and director in addition to starring.
The cast also features Julian Barratt (The Mighty Boosh), Joanna Scanlan (Getting On), Mark Gatiss (Sherlock) and Felicity Montagu (I’m Alan Partridge).
Sally4Eve is produced for HBO and Sky Atlantic by Hush Ho and Various Artists Ltd., and premieres November 11 on HBO.
