Movie star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson—appearing in movie theaters across the country right now in video-game adaptation Rampage—takes on a new role as “Motivator to the Masses” in a new campaign for Under Armour that will make you want to get to the gym.

Besides Johnson, the campaign features several aspiring young athletes, from 11-year-old two-sport prodigy Javon Wanna Walton to Johnny Agar, a triathlete with cerebral palsy, to Yusra Mardini, an Olympic swimmer who saved her fellow Syrian refugees by tugging their boat to safety.

Johnson talks about each of these athletes—and a few more—in turn, using their inspiring stories to motivate.

“How did I get here?” he asks. “By being the hardest worker in the room.”

Much harder to answer: “How are you going to get here?”
