Fans of CBS’ “The Big Bang Theory” are breathing a sigh of relief since the cast all signed their big contracts and productionresumed. Not that there was any real worry that the show would disappear: it’s a cornerstone of CBS’ schedule and already had been renewed through the 2016-17 season.

But in honor of the cast getting back to work, we thought we’d take a look back at how CBS has promoted the top-rated comedy over the years.

Season 1

CBS introduced the series by asking viewers to get ready for the Next Generation of Great Minds, in the tradition of Einstein & Co.

Season 3

“Look who survived the frozen tundra” CBS teases. Along with a special moment “14 billion years in the making.”

Season 4

With a move to a new night, the network had to get creative hammering in the tune-in message.

Season 5

CBS asked viewers to “get their bang on” with Rock Mafia.

Season 6

In space, no one can hear your scream. Except…

Season 7

And CBS asked viewers to “think big” for Season 7.
