Could you summarize your session in 5 words? Generational conflict drives cultural change.

What other speaker are you most interested in seeing at PromaxBDA: The Conference this year? Andy Baker, SVP/group creative director of National Geographic Channels, because I want to find out how NatGeo finds the “Doomsday Preppers.”

How do you watch television content? (TV in your living room, iPad, Apple TV, laptop, etc.) All of those ways.

What do you think is the most important trait of a leader? Providing new vision for positive change.

What is your greatest career achievement so far? Creating my own profession.

What one piece of advice would you give to an up-and-comer in this industry? Challenge conventional wisdom with new ideas.

How did you get your start in this industry? As a cultural analyst of consumer goods and services.
