Next-door neighbors take their Christmas decorating very seriously in this branded spot from Atlanta-based agency Bark Bark for Hallmark Channel in partnership with Nissan.
Shot on Colonial Street at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, the couples keep trying to one-up each other via their elaborate Christmas decorations, continuing to run back out to gather more ornaments and lights in their Nissan Pathfinder and Rogue vehicles.
In the end, the couples remain friends as they share hot chocolate while overseeing their handiwork and agreeing to gather to watch the latest Hallmark original holiday movie.
